PS40 is an AC/DC adapter, made of plastic, with a high current supply, a polarity switch and 9 or 12 Volt CC selectable output, for instruments requiring 1500 mA current (keyboards etc.). Equipped with a thermal contact fuse with a transformer that prevents overheating.
